It was a normal afternoon in the woods. Well, if you called a two-on-two battle between a sadistic priest with his threaded partner versus a couple of roudy teens normal, then it wouldn't matter to you. Otherwise, you'd try to head for the hills ASAP before any of them dragged you into the battle.
Kakuzu and Hidan won easily. Inexpirenced teens always thought they could rule the world. Kakuzu didn't bother to check for money, because they always kept it at home in a secret stash. Kakuzu sighed. He hadn't gotten to sleep in a week, while Hidan did. Same old story, Kakuzu was forced to stay up and keep watch because the stupid zealot couldn't stay awake after his rituals. But, Hidan had tried to keep watch before, but he had fallen asleep when Kakauzu woke up.
"Yo! Kakuzu! Let's go!!" Hidan yelled, dragging Kakuzu out of his thoughts. Latley, he was having weird dreams about Hidan... (a/n: nosebleed dreams O.O) And he had been fantasizing about the silver-haired Jashinist. Why?
"Shut up, Hidan. You're going to attract attention we don't need!" Kakuzu snapped back. Hidan grumbled something and stalked off in the direction of the Akatsuki base. 'Unusual...' Kakuzu thought. 'I'm always the one to tell the idiot to hurry up.' Something was wrong. First, Hidan wasn't complaining like he always does. Second, he didn't sacrafice those teens to Jashin. Third, HE was telling Kakuzu to hurry up. Was this Hidan's way of PMSing? 'No! He's a guy.... a very attractive guy..... NO!! No thoughts like that, Kakuzu!!' Kakuzu thought to himself. He just shruged it off and followed after Hidan.
~~~~~
"HIDAN!! OPEN THE DOOR NOW!!" Kakuzu yelled from the outside of the locked door. Meanwhile, Hidan was sitting before the inside of the door, his back against it. He looked around their room. No postions, no medication, no scrolls, NOTHING! How?! And... why? Why is it that Hidan realised his true feelings for Kakuzu?
"HIDAN!! I'll count to three before-" he heard the door unlock. What was Hidan up to? Kakuzu stepped inside and closed the door, removing his cloak and shoes. He saw that Hidan had done the same, and was laying so his back was facing Kakuzu on the bed.
"Hidan?"
"What?!" he answered angrily.
"Wha.... What's wrong?" Kakuzu sat on the bed next to Hidan. He curled up. Kakuzu was confused and worried. He put a hand on his shoulder, and Hidan relaxed under his warm touch. Using this as an advantage, Kakuzu pulled Hidan into his lap and wrapped his arms around the smaller one.
"Hidan? Why are you crying?" Hidan was afraid to tell. 'He's probably gonna think I'm disgusting...' Hidan thoguht miserably.
"Kuzu?" That was the first time Hidan called him that.
"Hn. What?" Kakuzu asked gently.
"Will..........will you take off your mask?" he squeezed his eyes shut, waiting to be hit. All he heard was cloth hitting the floor. Hidan opened his eyes and stared up at Kakuzu.
"This is what I am..." Kakuzu said very ashamed, closing his eyes. He was taken by suprise when he felt Hidan's fingers tracing the scars on Kakuzu's cheek.
"Aren't you disgusted?"
"No, should I be? 'Cause you shouldn't, you're beautiful." Hidan said, aranging himself on Kakuzu's lap so he was facing Kakuzu.
"Really?" the brunette asked. Hidan answered by passionatly pressing his lips against Kakuzu's. Kakuzu wrapped his arms around Hidan's waist, deepening the kiss. When they broke for air, Hidan laid his head on Kakuzu's chest.
"I love you, Kuzu." Hidan said, with a sigh of content.
"I love you too, Hidan." Kakuzu said, holding Hidan close to him.
Perfection - KakuHida
SUMMARY: It is short. Read it and find out.
~ ~ ~
Kakuzu had lived a long time. He had been taught to hate - no, forced to hate - and in every artery of his body ran that same emotion. Hatred.
A word easy for him to wrap his mind around, because he knew how it felt. He knew how hating felt, and he knew how it felt to be hatred - and he was okay with that. There was one word Kakuzu could never understand, though.
"'Kuzu... just say it... unless you really are using me..."
With a weary sigh, Kakuzu set down his briefcase and whirled to face Hidan, pouting up at him. "Shut up, Hidan."
Kakuzu watched Hidan's expression change three times
Persuade Me + KakuHidan
"...absolutely not."
Hidan's face fell, and his shoulder sloped dramatically. His jaw dropped a bit, looking politely incredulous, while his eyes glazed lightly and a small whine came from him.
"But... but... Kakuzu... Why?"
"You don't need it." Kakuzu glanced up and around at the Jashinist, at his pitiful stance and his pleading eyes. "I'm not spending money on it." He turned back to his notebook, scribbling down a few more figures.
"COME ON!" Hidan's depressed demeanor was instantly replaced by angry desperation. "I DO SO FUCKING NEED ONE! THE SCYTHE IS SUPPOSED TO HAVE THREE BLADES, NOT TWO! I WANT THIS ONE FIXED, DAMMIT! COME OOOONNNN
Not Lovers - KakuHida
Author's note: I finally finished this! I wanted to write a KakuHida fanfic (an actual one) for awhile and I got it done last night with some help :3 This is very loosely inspired by the roleplays that go on at IMVU. We were in a friend's bed one night when the idea just...popped into my head XD I think I ended it well. It's not too corny or cliché.
Disclaimer: THEY'RE COMING TO TAKE ME AWAY, HAHA! THEY'RE COMING TO TAKE ME AWAY, HOHO! :D
---------
Hidan knew he couldnt expect Kakuzu to be the romantic type. He was in love with his money and that was it. He never told Hidan how he truly felt about anything,
